What is time management

Guys! Lately i read a very interesting article about skill that is necessary for every person - ability to manage your time. Time management is not very difficult as a concept, but it’s surprisingly hard to do in practice. It requires the investment of a little time upfront to prioritise and organise yourself. It is valuable in jobhunting, but also in many other aspects of life: from revising for examinations to working in a vacation job. Did you hear about it and what is your opinion?

What is time management

Of course, I have heard about this concept before, and actually I am familiar with management matters, but, to be honest, I can't deal with it in practice, because I am a little bit too slow in something, and try to do everything at least perfectly, that's why it takes too much time for me. Time management is real goal, but not in everything. I think quality is better, than quantity.

What is time management

Good deed, my dear. Time management ... I think that only God can manage time, we just distribute some of our duties, which should be met within the deadlines. I weigh a printed calendar broken down into weeks, I always enter into it everything that needs to be done in the week, then the time remains free more. Most of the time I leave for training, and if I did not distribute the remaining free time, it would have been even less. Always did it this way))

For me, time managment is

For me, time managment is really very very important. I have always so many things to do, and I'm sure that I wouldn't be able to succeed in my job if I hadn't planned my day carefully. I usually start with making a list of things I have to do for each day. When you write your job duties on a piece of paper, it also helps you to plan your working day correctly. Of course, I also make plans for near and distant future and put them down in my notebook. Such little tricks help me keep all necessary things in my mind and not to forget about something really very important.smiley

P.S. Once my boss told me that he always started his working day with really important things and finished them with less important things. I also do this, especially, when we're working on a very important project.

The modern world is so

The modern world is so dynamic that plans can change in any, even the most unexpected moment. In business, punctuality is extremely important - after all, a partner will not consider you reliable if you delay his time belatedly. Time management is not just planning for today or tomorrow. This is the ability to effectively manage your time - the main resource of your life. All successful people are very productive. They work hard and do a lot of work, and this is not the same thing. By productivity, in the first place, is meant the result, not the process. If you intend to increase your productivity, firmly decide to do this. People waste time because they never decided to increase their productivity. And if you decide, do not give up and repeat what all successful people do until it becomes your second nature. The main secret of personal effectiveness lies in the proper distribution of time. Time management helps to avoid the unenviable fate of a hostage to their own business or career.

Before making a list, write

Before making a list, write down the categories of importance. For example, tasks marked as "urgent" need to be completed today. Cases marked as "important but not urgent" must be completed, but they can wait. Tasks falling under the "low priority" category can be deferred, if necessary.
Divide all the cases into categories. For example, if you need to finish a job report, this is an urgent task. If you need to start a new project, the deadline of which is only two weeks later, then this is an "important but not urgent" matter. If you would like to take a run after work, but this is not vital, then this is a "low priority" task.

The main secret of time

The main secret of time management is concentration and purposefulness. Start by addressing the priorities and do everything consistently, that is, one thing at a certain time. Throwing the case and returning to it again and again, you reduce your effectiveness by 5 times.Mozart could work on three compositions at once and create real masterpieces. But this is more an exception than the rule. Bach, Haydn or Verdi could only work on one work at some time. They did not start working on the next work, not finishing the previous one.

This is the mind, education

This is the mind, education and a piece of consciousness, but this is not enough, there are situations in which people will behave completely differently, they will be moved by their natural instincts, their egoism, their beast essence. The desire to survive will climb up over any reason, and who knows what each of us sees a danger, at what height does the above-mentioned bar hanging above me, after which we are no longer friends, but fierce enemies. I am not aware, like the overwhelming majority of people, I am only aware of the part that understands this, and therefore I can not recommend you to trust me - it will be a lie and manipulation on my part. Perhaps someday, when I significantly expand my consciousness, I can be trusted, I actively strive for it, but so far this is not.
