For me the best way to relax is to stay home, order pizza with tones of cheese and watch my favorite TV series. What can be better than that?For me there are nothing better!!!I'm not often going out with friends or go camping or gather with family...I prefer to be alone, i can't say this method really relaxes me and helps me, but I can forget about my problems for a couple of hours and that's fine...
i like to take a bath or to become a kid again: stash a coloring book, some modeling clay or another little toy in your desk or somewhere in my house to give myself a few minutes of fun :lol: :lol: :lol:

And of course after such relaxations I go to the gym and workout to loose all calories, but they worth it. Also there are some healthy products, which helps me to relax. For example chamomile tea and fruits. I like to make fruit salads with yogurt, they really help me to relax.
