For me the best way to relax is to stay home, order pizza with tones of cheese and watch my favorite TV series. What can be better than that?For me there are nothing better!!!I'm not often going out with friends or go camping or gather with family...I prefer to be alone, i can't say this method really relaxes me and helps me, but I can forget about my problems for a couple of hours and that's fine...
i like to take a bath or to become a kid again: stash a coloring book, some modeling clay or another little toy in your desk or somewhere in my house to give myself a few minutes of fun :lol: :lol: :lol:
Everyone has such moments in life when you just want to seat on the couch, cover with blanket, turn on favorite movie and of course eat something delicious! In such cases I love to relax with pizza or ice cream. Yeah, I know that these are not the best if to speak about healthy side, but sometimes I can afford to eat something like this. And of course after such relaxations I go to the gym and workout to loose all calories, but they worth it. Also there are some healthy products, which helps me to relax. For example chamomile tea and fruits. I like to make fruit salads with yogurt, they really help me to relax.

I don't know special mothods, which would help me with this. I like running and swimming, if to talk about the healthy lifestyle and about the sport) As for the other things, I like just to lay and to watch some funny or even scary film, I like to draw, to listen to music, to walk and sit in a bar with friends, it helps me)
