What are your favourite ways to relax?For me there are at least 3 favourite relaxing methods. First is gym. Yes, it is relaxing! When I'm working out I forget about everything and just enjoy myself, I feel power, I feel proud for myself, I feel like my self-esteem go higher and after workout I feel exhausted, but happy and relaxed. Second is running or jogging. I put my earphones on, turn the music on and run for 1-2 hours. I hate wake up early in the morning, but actually I love watching sunrise, fresh air, empty streets, It's inexpressible feeling and I love it a lot. And third is getting drunk with friends! I'm not telling about drinking like a horse and don't remember nothing in the morning, but just drink a couple of glasses of vine or beer and enjoy spending time with friends.
