Alcohol is bad and everybody knows it. But not everybody thinks that alcohol may be the reason of dehydration and as a consequence - of collecting the water under eyes as bags. But those who experienced hangover at least once understand that alcohol dehydrates us - all people who drunk a lot of alcohol usually wake up the next day terribly thirsty. So, limiot yourself in alcohol. It is better to refuse it completely, of course, but this is a theme for the next conversation. Now I am only trying to say that alcohol is a dehydrator and it causes bags under eyes.

You can put an almond oil under your eyes before going to bed and leave it all over the night. Almond oil is a good remedy because it makes the skin softer and lighter (so if you have not only bags but also dark circles, it can be double helpful for you) and it also plays a role of protector - the skin under eyes is very sensitive and fragile as it was said above - many factors can influence on it - sun, wind, temperature of the air and so on. And almond oil (which is used, by the way, in many face creams) protects the skin from the negative influence of these factors.

Yes, almond oil is a rather good and helpful thing. It is not so hard to buy it in the chemist's or in some special shop. But still, if you need to get rid of bags under eyes right here and right now, there may be no time to look for the almond oil and you will need something that you probably have in your house. To tell exactly, in your fridge. I mean potato. Potato is considered to be not the healthiest product for our figures, but as for eyes it is really helpful. Potato in a raw state contains a lot of natural bleaching agents, so puytting raw potato under your eyes will help you to get rid of bags.

One more ingredient which may help you to get rid of your bags under eyes is rose water. Rose water is used for the skin care from the ancient times and there is probably a reason for it. So, it is really helpful. Titling your thread you have mentioned that you consider tiredness of your eyes as the main cause of the bags under your eyes. And you are probably right,. If your eyes are tired, rose water worlks as a toner and it will make you look fresh after the sleepless night. But also it will make your skin softer, it is one more extra benefit of rose water for you.

I am probably not the first person who tells you that tomatoes are useful for health. But did you think that tomatoes are helpful as a way to get rid of skin problems in general and bags under eyes in part. Tomato can cool down no worse than cucumber (with the only note that comparing to cucumbers tomatoes can be only pureed and put under eyes, not over them, they are acidic). They also can lighten the skin due to Vitamin C they contain and protect the skin from the aggressive factors of the environment due to lycopen and Vitamin D (sun protectors)

Turmeric is one more helpful remedy for you due to anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of it. It smoothes your skin under eyes and makes it softer. Bags and circles under yes can be cured by a turmeric powder mixed with pineapple juice (only fresh, not packed). Pineapple juice is used not only because it is a fluid which turns a turmeric powder into paste which is able to be put under eyes. Pineapple juice is also an antioxidant, skin-lightener and it contains Vitamin C which is very important to look fresh and not tired (eat Vitamin C rich foods, they will help)

You know the first thing for you to do is to normalise your sleeping schedule. If you work till late night and then wake up early in the morning, then no wonder that the person you see in the mirror does not look fresh and healthy and there are bags under eyes. Go to bed and wake up at the same time, choose a right pillow, comfortable bed, good mattress.. Igf you have some problems with sleep, cure them. It is important to avoid stresses and to know how to get rid of the negative consequences of them. And one more thing - don't overload your eyes and everything will be alright.

i think that the easiest way to get rid of bags under your eyes would sleeping enough. if you will have enough sleep then these ugly bags wont appear at all. think about it. i have nevr had such problem but i know lots of people who suffer from it. i have heard that tea bags may help you to prevent and get rid of tired eyes. you have to put them on your eyes for several hours for one week, and they they will disappear. i dont know whether this way really works but you can try at least.

I know that it is very good to do a slight massage but it should be done by the professional. Sometimes with the help of massage we can make things worse. I know a lot of cases. So go to the specialist and do some massage. It should be done on the regular basis.

I know that these bags can be a sign of bad functioning of the kidneys. It is the water which stays in your organism for a longer period than it is needed. So my advice to you is to go to the specialist and check the work of kidneys first. And of course drink less water before going to the bed.
