The first thing for you to do is to normalise your sleeping schedule. If you work till late night and then wake up early in the morning, then no wonder that the person you see in the mirror does not look fresh and healthy and there are bags under eyes. Go to bed and wake up at the same time, choose a right pillow, comfortable bed, good mattress.. Igf you have some problems with sleep, cure them. It is important to avoid stresses and to know how to get rid of the negative consequences of them. And one more thing - don't overload your eyes and everything will be alright.

First of all, don't drink too much water before going to bed. We all know that water is necessary for the metabolic processes, transporting oxygen and detoxifying of our body. But we also know that at night all these processes in our organism either stop or get slower. So, the water is not necessary for us while we are sleeping. So it remains in our organism without being spent on any processes. It leads to bags under eyes as a kind of edema. So, the extra water is bad. Drink water during a day, but not before going to bed. And don't oversalt your food (salt keeps water in your organism)

If you have ever seen women doing spa (and I think that you have seen them at least in movies), you must have seen that most of them have cucumbers over their eyes. Maybe you did not notice it and never ask yourself about whether it has some purpose. But it has. And the purpose of it is to get rid of bags under eyes and to make face look fresher. Everything is simpler than you think. All you need is to cool down that area - and not necessarily using cucumbers, it can be even ice (but it is better if it is not simple ice, but based on some herbs), coldness will help your tired eyes to relax.

Ice is really a good and helpful thing, but cucumbers are used in spa procedures not accidentally. First of all, cucumbers are not too cold, they have rather comfortable coolness which allows to use them for a long time. No person could lie moveless with icebricks over his eyes for 15-20 minutes, eyes are too sensitive for such a temperature shock. Secondly, ice is usually frozen in square shapes, so you can use it for ice massage, but putting it over the eyes like cucumbers will be uncomfortable. So I think that you should use both these ingredients.

Do you drink tea in bags? Even if you don't, you should buy it from time to time and use for your eyes. And if you buy tea in bags, don't try to get rid of bags immidiately after drinking. Putting warm teabags over your eyes until they cool down is a rather helpful procedure to make you look fresh. Herbal tea (such as mint, melissa, chamomile) is now also available in bags and it will be perfect for your eyes. But if you don't have it or don't like it due to some reasons, nobody forbids you to use the tea you usually drink (either green or black) for the procedure

I will ask you a question you probably did not expect to hear from me, but it is very important. Do you have allergies? At first sight it may seem that there is no connection between bags under eyes and allergic reactions, but such connection exists. So if you know that you have allergy of something, then you should get rid of the source of it or escape it. It is necessary to go to the doctor. First of all, he will find out what causes your allergy if you don't know it already by yourself. Secondly, the doctor will prescribe you some medicine which will help you to get rid of symptoms.

Here was already mentioned the importance of sleeping. But it is important not only to have a schedule and to sleep enough. What ids no less important is your pose while you are sleeping. I understand that it is really impossible to keep your body under control when you are asleep, but you still should try. Never sleep on your stomach - this pose makes fluid flow to your face and collect there. Sleeping on the left or right side is less harmful, but still try not o sleep on the side for the whole night. Igf you want to get rid of your bags, sleep on your back mostly

The skin under your eyes is too sensitive and fragile, so you should treat it very carefully. Washing your face never use too aggressive soap (there is soap for sensitive skin, use it) a towel you dry your face with should be soft not to damage the skin. Moisturise your face every night. It is very important for the skin strength and elasticity. And don't forget to protect your skin from the sun. Of course, it is winter now and wearing sunglasses may seem stupid, but at least you should use a cream with SPF for your face (especially for the sensitive skin under eyes) to be protected from the sun.

Puffy eyes are one of the most common beauty problems.Puffy eyes can make you look tired and ill. But you can easily take care of them with some simple, natural home remedies. I had the same problem some weeks ago. I used cucumber for getting rid of tired eyes. You should cut a cucumber into thick slices, chill the slices in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and place the cold slices on your eyelids for about 10 minutes or until they become warm. You should repeat the process several times a day. Only in that way it will give results. In addition, the easiest way to get rid of puffy eyes is to drink water. To stay well hydrated, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day.

The recommendation not to oversalt your food has already been given to you. But salt is not the only kind of food which is harmful for you if you want to get rid of your bags under eyes. There are several products which keep the unnecessary water in our organism letting it collect under eyes. First of all, you can drink coffee, but not in the evening, And not only because coffee won't let you fall asleep at night and you will probably wake up tired which means in part having bags under eyes. Coffee is bad also because it is a dehydrator. And when we are dehydrated, our organism tries to save as much water as it can "for future" and collects it under our eyes.
