Thin guys

How do you perceive thin people? When you see them, have you got a burning desire to say something like this: "why are you so thin?", "You have to eat much more", "and Why don't you attend to gym?" if such questions arise, can you explain why? All my adult life, and not only adult, but also teenage life I always listened to such questions. And now I am an adult person, I am a man who want to have a baby already. And I don't want to listen to such questions. I have no desire to explain everyone that I am a man of such complexion. I eat a lot and do not gain weight. I think that this is normally. Now I am thinking about going to GYM.

Gym is always good whether you are thin or fat. But your problem is not because you are thin. You have a psychological problem of accepting yourself and loving yourself just the way you are no matter what other people think.and say to you. If you think that after growing muscles in the gym there will be nobody to criticize you for the way you look., then I am sorry to disappoint you, but you are mistaken. Not everybody likes big muscles firstly. Secondly, even if you look perfect, there always be people who don't like you and who may say many bitter words to you.

I met such kind of people and I can’t say that they eat nothing at all. Sometimes they can eat even more than people with ordinary weight. Sometimes it happens so that a person has too quick metabolism that results in such situation. so additional food and gym can’t help in this situation.

one thing is when you have always been thin and felt okay with it, but then somebody told you that being thin is not attractive, not masculine and so on and so forth.... In this case the problem is really only in the way you accept yourself and in the way you react on people's criticism, especially if it is non-constructive. But there is another situation - people may be ( or suddenly become) thin due to some serious health problems and other people seeing such thin guys (and girls too) often notice it just to attract their attention to it and to prevent terrible consequences, not to hurt.

You know a nature is a substantial factor I our life. Some people are thin since childhood and they are guilty for this because they try to do everything to gain weight and they fail. I know several such friends. They try to eat much and go in for sport. They go to the gym on the regular basis and they try to keep to the program of trainings. But nothing works for them. Nature made them look like they do.

I personally have nothing against thin guys and I consider them even more attractive than bodybuilders who have nothing but muscles. I have never considered thin guys ill or something like that. I think that there are different canons of beauty for everyone. It is good that you have accepted yourself and you don't react on criticism of other people the way you used to before. I agree that there are still some inner complexes you have to fight against because they can spoil your life unless you keep them under control, but I believe that you will cope with it

Chart what and when you eat every day for two weeks to learn about your eating habits and identify places to add calories. (If you're trying to change habits, this will be more of a long-term process.). Especially if you want to improve your body shape by means of gym. Gym is an amazing thing, but you must have known that our body shape depends on physical load only in 30%. As for the rest 70% of success in bringing our body in the shape which would satisfy us completely, they are given to us by means of the proper healthy nutrition.

Choose calorie-dense options like nuts, cheese, dried fruits, yogurt with granola, avocados, and whole grain crackers with nut butters or hummus. If leaving the house for a while, pack snacks for calories on the go. Understand that you need to weight ,more to be stronger and healthier (that is why you probably want to go to the gym). And extra fat will not make you stronger and healthier. You need to gain another kind of weight - muscle mass, so it is necessary to have only healthy snacks.
