Stereotypes

There is a line between being a "man" and being a "caveman." Usually guys cross this line and begin acting in abrasive ways. The idea that a man is only a man if he is rude, domineering, or chauvinistic, are stereotypes that need to change. Often times guys are forced into this role by pressure to assert themselves as real men. Another thing - stereotypes abot us - gay guys. People think that we all have to be very fashionable, that we have to be super girly and stuff like that. Should we break all those stereotypes or it doesn not matter? What do you think?

I think that stereotypes should be left as stereotypes. As for me, people who are smart enough for thinking in another way, don't have to be worry about these silly stereotypes which don't disturb anyone's life at all. Be open-minded, and you forget about such "social standards"!

I hate stereotypes! We should do our best to avoid it! We mustn't be afraid to be polite, gracious, giving, or kind. These things don't make you less of a man. They make you a gentlemen. There are plenty of masculine men who open doors, say thank you and give up their seats for old ladies on the subway. Potential mates will find chivalry surprising- but wholly charming and attractive and all people appreciate politeness and courtesy. We should be who we really are inside. Things we believe, our morals, feelings and interests should never change for anyone but us . It will do you no good to meet and deal with other people behind pretenses.

Stereotypes are all arond us. In every part of our life and it is sad. Some stereotypes are about our confidence. We should show it! People prize confidence highly, and everyone has some, even if you don't feel it all the time. Know your strengths as well as your weaknesses. Be proud of your strengths and in knowing that your weaknesses do not detract from your self worth. Show your self-assurance in the way you walk and with good posture. Keep your head up and your eyes forward looking ahead, or making eye contact with the person you're talking to instead of at the ground.

Stereotypes do have a right to exist-but only as something dim,you know. You can't say stuff strictly appealing to stereotypes-it's an approximate thing for sure.Because every human being is an individuality, and you just can't mess with that.He might be overall some kind of stereotype, but then something else might occur in his behavior. So,there's no need to fight nothing-how can you fight something pretty fictional? :) People are different, and that is a wonderful thing-think about the possibility of every one being the same. That would be an awful world to live in. ;)

It is now fashionable to be gay, so they become larger.

Homosexuality spreads like an infection.

Gays – a threat to fertility!

Gays seduce children and adolescents.

Gays only think about sex, they never real families.

Gays are unhappy and suffer, they're sick, they need help.
i do not belive and do not mind about it. :cheer: :cheer:

Stereotypes and prejudices, like shackles, constrain the movement to the unbiased knowledge burdening dogmas, ideologies and corn glaring superstitions. But, at the same time, and stereotypes, and prejudices, and all sorts of clichés are catalysts for our growth.
For without them our world would be too chaotic, impulsive and not predictable. But according to your own, practical observations, you will gradually be able to not only get rid of the tyranny with prejudicial and stereotypical thinking, but also to see the world in a different reflection - a harmonious, diverse and attractive.

You may beam calmness ,

You may beam calmness , serenity and live your life unless stereotypes and preconceptions start destroying it. Stereotypes have always been and will always be in the further future. It is the essential part of our life, unfortunately. Although, as long as you have people who love you, who appreciate you and support you, it means nothing. You just need to forget about all the fools surrounding you and stand up for your beliefs. You know you are better than they and you worth better. But xenophobia will never do them better, it's an obsession, an illness. Eventually, it's not about you, it's their problems.

Some stereotypes really annoy

Some stereotypes really annoy! Why should i wear the pink shirt only because i'm a gay! once i was asked like' why your pullover is black ? I though all gays love pink' And this stuff is realy humiliating. Sometimes i want to look like the cavemen because i am not in the mood today or have some problems and the barber shop wasn't the priority.A lot of friends of mine( the gays one) look like lumberman sometimes)) any person can look like as he wants , but not according to the stereotypes. I also know the straight couple where the husband looks like the model and his wife is always asked if her husband is really straight and maybe she doesn't know something. We are all individuals , first of all! We have our own likes and dislikes, and it doesn't depend on being gay or straight!

Greetings my dear. I think we all came across such stereotypes about gays. But it seems to me that this is mainly due to the fact that the people are watching modern films, in which the very female image of gays is most often used. For the sake of laughter or what ?! But we know that this is not so, and let someone tell me that I'm feminine and glamorous gay, with muscle mass of 110 kg and broken ears and nose))) Just say, and I'll correct your nose))))
