Guys! For some time I want to know one very interesting thing ... How can I learn to rejoice small things in our lives? Every day we have many different situations that bring good and bad emotions in our lives. But I am sure that we all dream to learn to enjoy absolutely every good thing, and even the smallest. I think it is quite useful skill - to be able to enjoy everything that can bring a positive note in our lives. Many people think that happiness is in an expensive car, a good salary and topu like. But I think we should be happy even with something small ... but we have to learn these things ... What can I do for this? How can we learn to rejoice things like this in our lives?

I do agree with you, guys! Most people in the world don't notice small things that can give them much pleasure and happiness in life. Life is made up of little things, so enjoying them for all their worth is bound to make for a more pleasant life.
For example, in the morning, I got used to have a cup of coffee, and i sip it slowly to enjoy it fully. I often read some pages of the book i started to read recently. I might watch the sun come up, and marvel at the world in pastel hues.
For breakfast, I always put berries on my cereal and I just love eating fresh berries. I enjoy each one, closing my eyes. In the shower, I also close my eyes, enjoying cool water run over me and i imagine that I live on a tropical island and stay under the rainfall.
