I`m in love with sport, also I like Olympic Games and waiting it every year. When I go in for sports I feel wonderful. I don't sneeze or cough. I am cheerful, active and full of energy and forces. I try to do some training almost every day. In summer I go swimming. I enjoy spending winter holidays in village. There I can ski or skate. Certainly, it depends on the weather. But all the same in the country there are more possibilities for this than in town. I expected one day I`ll one who take part in Olimpics ;) :) :) :) :) :)

i like olympic games and always try to watch it live.
but from year to year it gets worse and worse. because drugs have become a big problem. some athletes take drugs before and during the games in order to help their muscles grow. when they are caught they are disqualified and their medals are taken away from them. and then they have big problems and all that appears on tv. it is not a sporty thing anymore. it is about politics, business and show business. so i am thinking that maybe next olympic games will be without me watching them

I am a huge fan of this game and want share with us ome historical thing. i hope you will enjoy it. The birthplace of the Olympic Games Ancient Greece Games have become a tradition. They were held every four years. At Games time advancing world peace. Infringer sacred truce was waiting severe punishment! Most definitely we can say that the first authentically known Olympic Games took place in 776 BC. This year is considered to be the start date. Reliable information on the history of Ancient Olympia has left us not so much. It is known that the Olympics are there along with many other sports. The idea of the Olympic Games is a very ancient and is lost in the dark ages. It was painted as severely. Perform at the Games - a great honor and a great responsibility. Each athlete had ten months to prepare at home and another month to train in Olympia. Yes no somehow, and very hard. For future Olympians carefully and strictly observed ellanodiki - judges and stewards Games. They are not only responsible for preparing the athletes, but also saw to it that the event site was in order. :side: :side:

I know some facts about Ancient Olympic Games. The Greeks did not ceremony with the rules. Have you ever heard about the pankration? It is the most ancient fighting without rules. According to legend, the authors Pankration - Hercules and Theseus. First, thanks to this technique, flunked the Nemean lion, and the second laid the Minotaur. But in the Olympics still come up with the rules. Even two. You can not bite and scratch out the enemy's eyes. Well, even the judges rule: for violation of batting. Incidentally, pankration exists today. And not only in a dark alley. Even the world championships are held

I am not a fan of Olympic Games, and to be honest I don't follow all Games, and each of them. I am not interested in them. As for me, i prefer to follow different sport games, but not in one programme. I am not a patriot of my country, so I don't follow them, because of my country's participation in them.

Only four athletes have ever won medals at both the Winter and Summer Olympic Games: Eddie Eagan (United States), Jacob Tullin Thams (Norway), Christa Luding-Rothenburger (East Germany), and Clara Hughes (Canada).Speed skater Bonnie Blair has won six medals at the Olympic Winter Games. That's more than any other American athlete.Nobody has won more medals at the Winter Games than cross-country skier Bjorn Dählie of Norway, who has 12.Larrisa Latynina, a gymnast from the former Soviet Union, finished her Summer Olympic Games career with 18 total medals—the most in history. The United States Olympic Committee established the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame in 1983 to recognize outstanding American Olympic athletes, however, a plan to build a hall has been suspended due to lack of funding.

Oh,man,I've used to love watching the Olympics ever since I was a little kid! :cheer: The first one I truly do remember watching were in Seoul in 1988.Since then pretty all of them haven't passed my eyes-from Lillehammer in 1992 to London in 2012 I've seen it all.I really try to watch the most I can, often taping something to watch later,or search for it in the internet. And it doesn't really matter to me,if its summer or winter Olympics-I love all kinds of sports. It was a sad thing to me that the last one winter Olympics went to Russia-I had to boycott that one cause of my real bad taking of that schmuck Putin.

Hello friends. Thank you, man for an interesting immersion in the Olympic Games))) I think that most people who watch the Olympics and support their favorites are partially or fully acquainted with the Olympics. About myself I can note that I can view some sports from games, but I can not always find time. But when I was in China in 2008, I saw how one of the athletes fled with the Olympic flame in the streets near Beijing, a historic moment)
