Hello everyone, my dear friends. I love milk myself. When I was little and we lived with my parents at their farm, I always drank fresh cow's milk. Now I'm buying in packages, but I try to take more natural. I can add milk to tea, cook cocoa or drink in pure form. My son does not like milk very much))) But I have not heard much information about milk, only that it is useful to children and adults are no longer of any use for it) But I like it and I drink it!

I think that you made the

I think that you made the right decision, when decided to look for answers here with us. So maybe some of us can say, what you need to know.

Many more people now choose instead to consume one or more of the numerous "milk alternatives" available, such as soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, hemp milk and others. In an attempt to maintain the popularity of cow's milk, manufacturers have created many new products including flavored varieties like strawberry or chocolate, lactose-free milks, milk with added omega-3s, hormone free or organic milks and reduced fat milk.

It is very interesting... It

It is very interesting... It's just something I know. So please do not be angry if something is wrong. Cow's milk is designed to help baby cow's grow fast, which is why it makes sense that humans who drink milk intended for baby cows can also bulk up quickly.

Cow's milk is a rich source of high-quality protein (containing all of the essential amino acids), and whole milk is also a rich source of energy in the form of saturated fat, which can prevent muscle mass being used for energy.

You know I'm not the standard

You know I'm not the standard of erudition, but in any case, I hope that my opinion can also bring at least some kind benefits. Vitamin D (fortified): Vitamin D is not naturally present in cow's milk, but may be added alongside other nutrients to fortify cow's milk as well as soy milk, etc. Vitamin D is important for bone health, aiding in the formation, growth, and repair of bones.

This nutrient also plays an important role in calcium absorption and immune function.

I can not tell too much

I can not tell too much because I do not know enough about it. But in any case, I hope that my thoughts and words can also bring at least something good. Vitamin D deficiency has been associated with osteoporosis, depression, chronic fatigue, muscle pain, PMS, hypertension, and breast and colon cancer.

Milk is also fortified with numerous vitamins, including vitamins A and D, and may contain small amounts of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and so on.

It's a good use, but you also

It's a good use, but you also need to understand that such a kind, somewhat carefree life, when almost nobody deceives you and therefore you trust many, it can negatively affect your fitness for life.

Easy life relaxes people and this is the main lack of trust, it just lulls our vigilance. A high level of trust in society makes many people too vulnerable to unfair and openly hostile people. There will always be those who abuse your trust and you need to remember this.

For some people, jealousy is

For some people, jealousy is proof of a very strong love. It is very important for them to make sure that their partner is not indifferent to them, so they want him to be even a bit jealous of them. To do this, they arrange all sorts of provocations to make the partner jealous, and these provocations are often very successful. Nevertheless, I want to warn such people that jealousy can give rise to a seed of mistrust, which over time can grow to incredible proportions. Jealousy is not the best proof of love. Caring for a man, sacrificing something for his sake, is the real proof.

So, the first thing you need

So, the first thing you need to understand is thinking about limiting yourself to something in someone because of the need to save money. The fallacy of this thought is easy to prove if you think about what a person understands by limiting himself to something. After all, this is a very relative concept - restriction.

Compared to what, or with whom, do we limit ourselves when we save money? A person can save money with a salary of twenty thousand conventional units, and just as he can save money with millions of income. And what turns out that in each of these cases, does he limit himself in some way?

Therefore, many people turn

Therefore, many people turn to the same psychologists, intuitively feeling that they can help them in this case. Psychologists, of course, can help, help a person stop reproaching themselves for missed opportunities and past mistakes, but a person must himself be able to help himself in such situations, so as not to poison himself with life by meaningless digging in the dead past. To think about what is not, then do not understand what you have. And we all have - the present, in which we can, if not all, then much, but in the past - we can not change anything exactly. Usually people, though not all, but many, are firmly convinced that they acted in the past in this way, and not otherwise, everything would be different for them, they would all be better than they are.

A balanced diet and regular physical activity are the building blocks of good health. Every day you should have a variety of foods according to the number of servings listed in the pyramid. One of the most important products are dairy products. This includes cheese, milk and yoghurt. A calcium-rich diet promotes healthy bones and teeth. For example, milk is known for its richness in calcium and this its importance for your bones. Milk is good for the bones because it offers a rich source of calcium, a mineral essential for healthy bones and teeth. Cow's milk is fortified with vitamin D, which also benefits bone health. Cow's milk is designed to help baby cows grow fast, so it makes sense that humans who drink cow's milk can also bulk up quickly.
