Change your environment. Different environments have different impacts on our productivity. For example, if you're trying to work on something in your bedroom, does it make you want to work or just snuggle and sleep? You may want to consider a different space if you're trying to accomplish a certain task.
Surround yourself with productive people. Who you surround yourself with inspires your behavior. Hang out with people who are successful and motivated, and their energy will likely rub off on you.
Tell others about your goals. Have you always wanted a new job or to run a marathon? Tell people about it! Whenever people see you, they will now ask you about how things are going with those goals. It's a great way to hold yourself accountable for your actions.
Fill the reserves. The feeling of laziness can be a natural reaction to excessive stress accumulated over time. Start to find time for yourself in the flow of daily routine. Have a good rest and correct your health from various traumas and diseases. Learn to relax and relieve physical and emotional stress.
Leave the comfort zone. Imagine what You can cause permanent procrastination and unwillingness to deal with them. Think about what You've lost, succumbing to the feeling of laziness. Take on commitments that You will not be able to perform. Focus on the strengthening of willpower and nurturing nature.
We have only one life and there is no place and time for laziness. I know that if I be lazy, I can miss the opportunity to do something for my goal, for my life. And I should do a lot of things! I can't just sit and find reasons to do nothing. I do some exercises to be active and awake all the time, so there is no laziness in my life!
Figure out the real issue. Every time you start being lazy, stand back and do a little assessment of what's been really happening. Laziness is generally a symptom and not the problem itself. What's the cause of your lack of motivation? Are you tired, overwhelmed, afraid, hurting, or just plain uninspired and stuck?Focus on the actual problem. Now that you're thinking about the cause of your laziness, start focusing on it. Get organized. Having clutter around us -- even when it's just visual -- can be a huge downer to our motivational skills. Whatever it is that could do for some organization, organize it. Whether it's your desk, your car, your whole house, or your routine, clean 'er up.Set some achievable goals. By setting yourself some worthy yet attainable goals, you have something to look forward to. Pick goals which really inspire you and that make the most of your talents and skills. Make a to-do list, both of large and small things, and prioritize each one in terms of time needed and importance to you personally.
There are people who can motivate themselves and make. But they are few, really few, but they are!They can kick, they can do it. And they do it.And if there are such people in your friends, chat with them! If not, then find them, why you shouldn't.The fact that those who are able to raise themselves, they will be able to raise and other. It is really so. All their surroundings they correspond to or at least wants them to meet. Slowly, Yes slowly they adjusted. Filtered out only weaklings!They are energized because they know how to steer! Looking at them, you automatically start to copy their ways of thinking, behaviour.
You might not certainly be lazy, you might just be very tired or exhausted - this could be to do with stressful thoughts or your diet or some problems in you life. For example, I did not know I had a gluten sensitivity and i should do something with it and when I cut this from my diet, my depression, anxiety and and irritation lifted and all the 'mental noise' has completely calmed down. This has really really helped. (There is a theory that some people suffer from leaky gut syndrome, the wheat goes through the gut and straight to the brain, acting as a drug, which can make you feel 'crazy' with thoughts.)
