i think that it is very important to get rid of this fear because otherwise it will follow you through the life. i didn t have such a problem and i cant be sure whether my method will help it. but i have seen it in lots of films and it seems to be very popular and helpful. first of all you have to try to presentate your speech in front of the mirror. try to do all your best. not worry. then you can ask your parents listen to you, then friends and you can increase your audience and everything will be the best.
