how to be at home in a new place?

Some of us travel alot so i think that this topic would be interesting for them. It can be daunting moving to a new house, new area, new school, new job, new family or even new country. Change can lead to some of the most remarkable times of your life, be you need to give yourself time to settle in and get used to it. One way to feel more comfortable somewhere new, is to find ways to make yourself feel at home.Without that feeling a person can even get a depression. Can you give an advice of how to be at home in a new place?

Be confident. Replace phrases like, "No, I can't" with phrases like, "yes, I will". This trite codswallop may seem useless advice as you struggle with finding your feet in a new situation or location but what it basically means is try to have a positive attitude. This may or not help you feel at home. If it doesn't, don't bother with it. This is an article you don't have follow step by step.Make friends quickly. Make friends that will help you to adapt quickly, easy, right?!.Be friendly to good people who are trying to make friends with you.If some people are trying to be difficult, just leave them as if they don't exist. Jusst believe that everything will be fine!

actually i think that it is

actually i think that it is impossible. if you do not feel yourself comfortable then you will not feel yourself comfortable.  if  for  example you travel somewhere  and live there    for some time then i think that  you do not have to feel yourself  as you are at home because it is not your home and  you just live there for some time.  that is why  you may not bother about it. but if you have changed the flat and now you need to get used to this place then i think that it is  really very important  to make yourself feel like you are at home.  i do not think that it will be really hard to do,  you just have to fill your house with the   photos and other things  that you like and that make  you  think about something pleasant

how to be at home in a new place?

Good evening, everyone and everybody, guys. Well, definitely, the condition of home seeking is not the best at all..frown I know what I am talking about simply because I have realized that when you are living the home for the long time, or like, you are moving far far away to the new country, with the whole different culture, you will be forced to feel lonely, in most of the cases... BUT I was really positively adjusted and did not feel any negativism because I was willing to move and that was the realization of my dream, it became true! Any other guys were disappointed and felt really bad, unfortunately.

how to be at home in a new place?

My greetings! I remember the time when I was packing and moving to another country... and this one was so far away, that can not even imagine how my parents accepted the fact, that I will be so far away from all of them... and you know, I knew back then, that even if I really wanted to move and start a new life, anyway, I would be missing the country, the usual life. parents and friends.. and I decided to take some usual things, which I tend to use all the day, and which will definitely remind me about the home. I guess, this is the bets way to overcome the homesickness, you can try.

Okay, I am sure that it is not that easy s you think of it...have you ever been in the situation when you had to leave your sweet home for the log long time?! Or even better - to move to another city nd left parent's house behind, in the past?! Well, frankly speaking, I have been thought this already and not only for the one time!!! You can imagine what experience do I have in general...cheeky and what has helped me a lot back to that times - pictures and toys...just little toys from the home I was living in in the childhood...always took them with me whenever I go...

Well, that is interesting theme for the general discussion...and in my personal point of view, I am utterly convinced that if you are living your sweet home in the youth, you will not miss it that much...but, if you are adult and suddenly, life comes that you have to go now, and leave behind all that you had some time - definitely do it, but never forget that you will be missing it..! Anyway, I did the next step: I decided to print pictures with every relative I had, and to do this on little papers. So, when I arrived to the new destination point, I put every picture on one strip andhungd it on the wall in the livingroom..I alway have the chance to observe every close person I have in the motherland!

Sorry to point out your mistakes, but maybe you meant how to FEEL like you are at home in the new place, am I right..?! I bet I am... anyway, as for the main reason of me to call you, I will be pretty disappointed that you will suffer and if you are going away alone, you will feel really lonely and that is just sad...when you have no one to talk and share..all those people are just for fun and chilling out..and the time has to pass before you will get into the close circle of good people..well, what I can recommend you is that you have to take some toy from your childhood, it will keep you warm.

I always communicate with the

I always communicate with the space where I live or I live. Space - it is alive, it breathes, it contains a lot of information. Any space contains an inner part that is much wider and deeper than the outer one. Of course, it's hard to love from the heart the place where you lived only 1-2 days, but you have to respect it with respect. After all, in this space, you will settle and some part of yourself. When I leave from anywhere, I stroke the wall and say goodbye to this space, it was for me a home, 1-2-3 days, a week or a month. It was for me home for a while, and I'm very grateful to him.cryingAnd I want ease, positive, smile in all directions around, not from the outside, but from within. But no, until you work out this new space - it will not work.

I guess that life is so much

I guess that life is so much like a race that it is too wasteful to spend precious time building a rented apartment. Even if you live in this apartment is not very nice. Tenants do not want to invest money and energy in someone else's home, and as a result they seem to be putting off their own lives for later. The fact is that a house, whether it's own or removable, is a place where a person rests and makes up energy supplies. If in the evening you do not want to return to the apartment, then there is fatigue, growing dissatisfaction with life.

how to feel at home in a new place?

So important to feel yourself comfortable in the new place of living. Because of it depends your career, your life in the new city. We move to another city to begin new life, or to have a new job, or to find a love. But how feel comfortable? As to me, i bring with myself photos of my family, plants, which were in my house, maybe some elements of decoration. I make my new house cozy and comfortable for living. i know that with flowers house becomes more cozy, so try it.
