How to accept defeats when playing sports??

How to accept defeats when playing sports?? Not all of us can do this. Some of us take the defeats to close to their heart. Do you think it is right? Or should people be more calm about defeats? I mean you can't always directly control the outcome of a specific game, but you can control what you contribute. So what is the point to be sad about defeats all the time. Yes, sometimes it can be very offencive to lose in a game or sport but it is not the end of the world. It just means that next time you have to work a little more harder. Do you agree with me?

You are quite right about it. I don't think that participation is the most important part of the game, no, it's not true, winning is the needed part of it. But if you failed the game, it is not so bad, as you said. In this case, you have a stimulus to be the best one next time. Sometimes this loss is like a push for you.

To some people it might truly be unbelievably difficult,as they just have used to win always-it's just in their character,the nature of things for them.No matter what are you going to tell them,no matter what arguments will you use-they just don't know how it is,to lose.And they don't want to know,at all.Well,I think that the ability to lose with dignity shows to everybody,what kind of man are you-it shows your strength,your abilitu to hold a strike,it shows that you're wise enough.It is definitely not for everybody to be that way-that's why a lot of people absolutely don't know how to act in that type of situations. B)

Sooner or later we all go through it. To handle that you should validate yourself. Tell yourself that there is no way to "feel wrong". No emotion is inherently good or bad. They simply are, and it's healthy to embrace them. Acknowledge the fact that whatever you are feeling is entirely acceptable.Bear in mind that while it is important to embrace emotions, it may be unwise to follow certain feelings (such as anger or self-loathing) to their logical conclusions. Do not stress yourself too much. It is pity that you lose but in the future you will have one more chance to win!

Good day to all. How to accept defeat !? ))) Most likely in this matter I'm not your advisor, In my case, defeat, this is very serious. But I'm in big sport, and here the defeat is something more than just lost to your friend a party in tennis. If you are not in big sports, then defeat, it's not so scary. Get ready, train, and play more. And most importantly, do not give up if you still want to win. Of course, a loss, this is not the end of the world, as they say, the main thing is not victory, but participation. Chin up!)))

I think nothing makes us better than defeats and losses. It's quite essential to lose and win or win and lose. Defeats in sport may signal that you aren't ready to win yet or there are some other athletes who are better than you and you have to work harder to become better than they are. Of course, you shouldn't think too much about this or take it as a personal offense. Just try to detect what prevents you from winning and try to fix the problem as soon as possiblewink
