How to сhannel anger with exercise??

Anger is an important part of health; when used being properly such as anger motivates you when your studying, it motivates you when you're down. But when used in physical response, it is dangerous and can ruin the person from within so never try to respond physically. When you're exercising, anger can give you that boost you need. So what should we do when we feel torn that we are beaten up and insulted everyday? What should we do when the anger rushing through our body?? What are your personal tips? Any ideas?

hm, it i not bad way to controle anger. a for me, i do next thing for controlled it. In a moment of strong anger, humans body abruptly begins to accumulate energy in preparation for action, and this feature can also be implement. When i am angry i do some sit-UPS, mind bending, move, and this anger transferred in to energy for simple physical action. And muscle caused in tone, and asked, as I calmed down.

The most important thing is to know what anger is and why you get angry. Was it your fault or someone else's? Identify the harmful causes of being too angry. Anger is an important part of health; when used being properly such as anger motivates you when your studying, it motivates you when you're down. I am not sure that real anger may be good for your moral state of health. If it is not so, then there is no need in improving your body conditions, if there will be no person at all. If this anger really helps you while you train yourself, then it is very good. But anger itself is not very useful thing.

If you are angry - train. When you have the basics down, decide which exercises to do, such as isolation exercises or compound exercises. Compound exercises are good because they help to grow more muscle then isolation exercises. This is where the anger part comes in. If you normally you do 10 reps, remember when you got beaten up, you wanted to be stronger and got angry that you were not strong enough. When you recall thoughts that made you angry, it urges you onto doing more then 10 reps. I hope that would realy help you! Do not stress yourself

My pesonal tip in this case-go to the gym and beat somebody (or something) up :cheer: .Seriously,it can help,at least it did for me a couple of times.But the best way,if you ask me,is to go for a run-and the longer,the better.It definitely helps me all the time to gather my thoughts prior to going for a work.I usually run every morning (exclude the days when I feel sick or lazy) ;) and there can't be a better way for me to start every day of my life.And if sometimes some "good" person pulls me down-I can always just get my headphones and run for a better mood. ;)

Hello people, how are you, you managed to generate your anger with the help of exercises))) ??? I'm joking again))) Actually, directing anger on doing exercises or training is a great idea. I myself do so when I feel that I am in an extremely angry state. I go to the gym or the fighting hall and train. After a while you start to notice how anger is replaced by fatigue and you are no longer angry. And at the same time I spent this time with profit !!!smileysmileyyesangry
