I see here some degree of the uncertainty, you know., to tell the truth, it was even more difficult for me to accept the fact that I am not able to sleep for a long time, like more than eight hours, like the rest of the population (my friend can actually sleep for the freaking twenty hours, how is this possible?!)....and it bothers me, but nevertheless, I get the satisfaction from the understanding that all of it will be for the best actually and I will be able to spend more time during the day with the high degree of the productivity. by the way, to add the fact to the scientific sentence you have left - they did also the experiment when they did not let the person sleep at all. it was awful.

Hello people! For me, a full rest is of great importance, I used to do not get enough sleep earlier, especially when I had to move from place to place quite often, and the transitions from one time zone to another made me out of balance. But after the birth of my son, I immediately hired a governess who practically lived with us, everyone around her thought she was my wife))) Ha ha ha))) But thanks to her, I slept and had a healthy rest, which is so important for me , otherwise I would not have become a champion in what I am in my sport.
